Settle in, quiet the outside world, and allow the resonant tones of the singing bowls to create a peaceful space to rest, breathe, and simply be.
This month’s gathering invites us to reflect on harvest—to recognize what has grown, give thanks for what has been provided, and consider what we are ready to carry forward into the coming season.
The Harvest Moon is the traditional name for the full moon that occurs closest to the autumnal equinox.
It is a beautiful reminder of the rhythms that have guided people for centuries: planting, tending, waiting, and finally harvesting.
For our Sound Bowl Saturday, we will use that timeless image as an invitation to pause and consider our own harvest:
